Objective

Consider customer mindset at time of seasonal launch; colder weather and covid uncertainty. To help drive online sales through social and email during the pandemic when some stores were closed. 

Solution

The use of different leaf graphics and beautiful lifestyle photography gives the creative an autumnal feel, creating a strong visual style across multiple channels. The web pages are designed to be responsive to different screen sizes and are checked to make sure they meet accessibility standards to deliver a good customer journey throughout. 

Result

Successfully met sales targets during a difficult period of the pandemic.
